Each year, Peking University HSBC Business School allocates a substantial grant to support outstanding international candidates. Recipients are chosen based on a variety of factors, the most significant being the applicant's academic background and interview performance.

Scholarship application needs to be submitted along with your main application. You do not need to specify the name of the scholarship that you apply for, and you will be assessed for all eligible scholarship during the shortlisting and interview process.(Scholarship Application Form)

PHBS Dean Scholarship for Global Leader

Value: £29,500 (full tuition fee waiver)

The PHBS Dean’s Scholarship for Global Leader is a prestigious award, granted to exceptional candidates who demonstrate outstanding academic excellence, leadership potential, and a strong commitment to creating a positive global impact. Each year, 1-2 outstanding students are selected for this honour as part of PHBS’s mission to foster a world-class, diverse, and globally engaged learning community.

This scholarship provides a full tuition fee waiver for the two-year cross-border master’s programmes in Finance or Management. Recipients must still provide valid evidence of sufficient funds to cover living expenses in both the UK and China.

Candidates are expected to be among the top 10% of the class from a national top university, and with a GPA 3.8/4, or equivalent to First class in the UK.

PHBS Exceptional Talent Scholarship

Value: £22,000

The scholarship is designed to recognise and support exceptional international students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, global leadership potential and a commitment to the school’s mission.

The scholarship will be awarded to 2-5 candidates, as partial tuition fee waiver for two years, including £17,500 for the first year and £4,500 for the second year.

Candidates are expected to be among the top 10% from a prestigious university, or with a GPA 3.8/4 or equivalent to First class in the UK.

International Pioneer Scholarship

Value: £15,000

The scholarship is awarded to outstanding international students with strong academic performance and analytical ability as well as a commitment to advancing transnational business and economic engagement.

The scholarship will be awarded to number of awardees as partial tuition fee waiver for two years, including £11,500 for the first year and £3,500 for the second year.

PHBS UK Excellence Scholarship

Value: £7,500

The PHBS UK Excellence Scholarship recognises international applicants who show strong motivation, academic potential, and enthusiasm for cross-cultural learning. The scholarship supports talented individuals joining PHBS UK Campus and reflects the School’s commitment to building a diverse and globally engaged learning community.

Continuous Scholarship

Value: £6,500 or £3,500

Students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance during their first year of study can apply for the continuous scholarship. Recipients will receive or top up their existing scholarship up to either full or half tuition for their second year at PHBS Shenzhen.
