The UK Campus of Peking University HSBC Business School (PHBS-UK) runs cutting edge courses catered for both industry and academia. The 9-weeks Short Visiting Study Programme focuses on developing students with a thorough understanding of the appropriate strategies, skills, in-depth knowledge and research methods that are currently trending in the dynamic world of Finance and Management. In this fast paced and ever-changing world, it is necessary to equip our students with the latest cutting-edge information, knowledge, and skills to ensure that they remain competitive and current, as well as to unlock their bright future in academia, Finance, and Management industries.
The PHBS-UK Campus is located on Boars Hill, a quiet and picturesque suburb of the city of Oxford. The tranquil environment of the campus provides an extremely conducive learning environment. Being just a 12 minutes drive away from the city centre, our students also get to immerse themselves in the old-world charm of the historic city of Oxford.
Courses taught in the Campus are designed and delivered by faculty members who have received their PhD from prestigious universities worldwide. PHBS-UK is a representation of global excellence in knowledge creation and dissemination, and it draws on expertise from worldwide academic hubs.

Entry requirements
Applicants must be a current student or graduate from a recognized university.
As all our courses are conducted in English, non-native English speaking students must have one of the following:
An English proficiency level of either TOEFL (80 and above),
Or IELTS (overall 6.5 and above), or equivalent
Pass PHBS-UK’s English Language Proficiency Test - Pass
Bachelor degree awarded by a University which uses English as a medium of instruction
Proof of English competency in Lectures and assessment

To register your interest in the course, download the application form and email it with the relevant documents to phbsuk@pku.org.uk
If your application is successful, we will email you with instructions for you to complete the payment for our course fees.
Once we have received your payment, we will send you the following:
letter confirming your status as a student of our Short Visiting Study Programme. this letter can be used as part of your visa application for the standard visitor visa to enter the UK;
Your short-term study student ID (which will be given during the student Induction after your arrival)
Your timetable for the term
Accommodation details
Login details for our intranet, online courses, and webinars (which will be given during the student Induction after your arrival)
Documents to be included in your email:
A completed application form
A copy of your degree certificate or a letter from your own university to prove your current student status
Evidence of competence in using English as a working language in lectures and courses
